•Session begins at scheduled time regardless of your presence.

•You can canceled/rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to session via the booking confirmation email. 

•No refunds for same day cancellations or no show sessions.

•To avoid a processing fee, please reach out to your IDDC Studios Engineer for additional payment options.

•Session activities will end 10 minutes prior to scheduled end time.

•Remaining session hour(s) must be used within 10 Calendar days or they will be lost.

•Weapons of any kind are not permitted in IDDC studios.

•Smoking fee must be paid prior to smoking.

•Your month starts and renews on your subscribe date.

•Booking will be done via the booking calendar under “IDDC Studios Subscription”.

•Does $40 per hour include mixing and mastering?

Yes, mixing & mastering is included during your recording time.

•Can I Smoke in the studio?

Yes, we are 420 friendly with no additional fee.

•Is it OK to bring some one with me to my session?

Yes, but seating is limited.

•Can I bring my kids to the studio?

Yes, but they must be under control and you will be responsible for any damages.

•Can I book a same day sessions?

Yes, but same day sessions are unlikely due to availability.

•Do you take walk in sessions?

Unfortunately no, we are appointment based only.

•How do I Pay you?

We accept Cash, Credit, Debit, Zelle & Cashapp.
